A standard residential garage floor is poured at 4 inches for passenger vehicles. We go thicker for heavier trucks or if the garage will see commercial-level use.
Can you pour a basement floor over an existing dirt floor?+
Yes — we prep and compact the base, add a vapor barrier, and pour a level basement slab that's ready for finishing or flooring.
Does a hot tub need a special concrete pad?+
A filled hot tub is heavy, so the pad needs to be reinforced and sized to spread that load. We pour hot tub pads to handle the weight without cracking.
